Seeing as its been asked, I guess I need to clarify: Anything labelled as ancient or artifact or whatever is considered an artifact. This includes Zee's Nimblestep, but its not subject to the auction rules, as its not Netherese, and Shadovar tend to be inly interested in Netherese artifacts.
So yes, the chakram, bracers and amulet are all artifacts, just like the scepters, Kaj's staff, etc.

And if no one objects she would like the wands, she has the money to pay the party back the funds that she goes over so there isn't a problem there. In order to purchase the wand of Restoration and a staff of heal the party is splitting the cost. For the wand of Restoration the cost to everyone is 2166gp. For the staff of Heal the cost to everyone is 2062.5gp These are party items. Bella currently has them, but again, they are not hers so if someone else needs to use it or wants to carry it that is fine. The wand, Bella auto succeeds on at the moment. I don't know about the staff exactly.
So please take 4228.5gp from each person to pay for the items. This is for everyone; Amazandar, Cade, Zafar, Zee, Kaj, and me.

A caster can use this rod as a focus in a spell and, in exchange for 3 spell points per level (or a spell slot of the desired level as well as the spell being augmented in a traditional system), heighten said spell, raising its DC by 1 per 3 points (or 1 per level difference between augmented spell and powering slot) and potentially allowing it to bypass defenses against spells of its typical level (example: spending 3 extra points to heighten a fireball to bypass lesser globe of invulnerability). User must be capible of casting spells of the level being heightened to. (25,000gp market) (-100 ID)
Fiendbonding Notes: Collection of various notes describing an ancient spell used to make its target into a Half-Fiend. By studying these notes for two weeks (as crafting, 8 hours per day must be devoted to study, otherwise no other strenuous activity can be performed) and making use of materials costing 3,500gp, the reader can develop a spell scroll of Nar Fiendbond (LEoF p32). Aside from a scattering of coins left behind in the remains of pouches, there was one piece that draws attention. A severed, rotting arm, wearing a heavily rusted gauntlet baring the symbol of Selune, and holding what looks to be a sword hilt. The hilt is pure adamantine, but otherwise appears unremarkable aside from a glowing silver rune of the symbol of Selune. While the item is clearly a sword hilt, the spot where you'd assume a blade to be attached is completely smooth; no blade fragments, not even a notch where a blade might have once been.
