I'm not sure if I'm doing this wrong, but don't Clerics have all spells available when they cast except for opposing alignments(Good-evil, etc)?If not, then what spells do they have available, and which ones would I write on the character sheet? I've looked through the PHB, but maybe not hard enough...any help is appreciated.

Clerics have access to all divine spells. But you have to specify which ones you are memorizing for the day.
Any spell can be converted to a cure/inflict spell of the same level spontainously. example, a good cleric can memorise doom, but decides to convert it to a cure light wounds when he needs to heal someone.

No problem. Do you have players guide to faerun/ BOVD/ Magic or Faerum ? they have some nasty spells in them.

Page 31 on phb for cleric spells per level, use the first table on page 8 for the bonus spells.
For example, a level 1 cleric with 16 wis would have : 1 bonus 1st level spell 3 0 level spells 1 1st level spell, 1 domain.

Lol. I never play clerics..... dunno why, actually. btw, noobyness isn't an issue here. don't worry about not knowing things lol. I don't know my share of rules, after all.... (specifically in the spellcasting department)

Heh personally i stick to arcane casters, clerics seem too dependant on their gods

Yeah but arcane casters are reliant on spellbooks (or have very narrow spell choices for sorcs). Personally I think the cleric is a great class. No matter what is going on in the game there is always something for the cleic to do
