I was wondering what you guys wanted to do for the next campaign the we do with Uinerth. bear in mind, this is to be in addition to the Eberron one, and anyone in it could also be in this one. descriptions of poll options: Pirates: Arrr! be the scourge of the high seas in this explorin' and plunderin' campaign. Arrr! Massive Battles: this campaign would focus on more then the usual amount of players, like 8-12, and there would be far more enemies the usual. Intrigue: influence the kings decisions, have the country declare war on another, etc. all of this can happen in a campaign focused on political intrigue. Thievery: be a part of a group of thieves and rogues, going for a thievery job. be it small pickpocket jobs, or robbery of rich nobles, steal, steal, steal! Covert: use strategy and stealth to take out those tough opponents that would slaughter you in a pitched battle. Urban: Deal with thieves, thugs, and corrupt guards, in this urban campaign. Kick in the Door: non-stop action in dungeons. for more info, read the DMG.

They all sound awesome, but I voted for the battles in the end. Although I would have preferred a rogue based game (the thief, the cover, the intruige all would have worked) I thought that the Massive battle game would open up options for different players. Also, Itll be awesome with like 9 people fighting together.

Ok, I didn't vote for pirates just because they rock. I think the big battles campaign would be difficult playing normally, let alone online. Getting everybody set on the grid, and lag... But pirates! Imagine it, start out lowly poop swabs on a ship, kill the captain, turn it to a rebel vessel, and capture more ships! How could that not be fun?

My second choice would be the thievery campaign, but I don't really care that much. All of the above would be awesome, cept the last one, its too boring . I'm fine with any of them.

also, massive doesn't necessarily mean army vs army. it can mean massive compared to the norm (4 characters against not very many more then that enemies). so it could be 11 against 20 or something. but yeah, it would most likely include themes from the Heroes of Battle book. I find it a little odd how soon after I e-mailed wizards about how massive battles would be calculated, they realease this new book........ lol.

I talked to the person that will most likely DM for the campain. he's requested that we meet at a designated time to discuss the campaign setting, get to know you guys, etc. also, you don't have to come, but it'd be nice if at least a couple could make it. also, his aim sn is ManifestEnclosed if you can't make the time or for whatever reason could make it. the time will be this saturday at 1:00 cst gmt (-6:00 ) so its the same time as me.
